Mohd Imran (Founder)

Mohd Imran is a legal scholar specializing in TWAIL, postcolonial approaches to international law, and the treatment of minorities in international law. He is currently a Doctoral Candidate at Jindal Global Law School and an Adjunct Senior Lecturer at Villa College, Maldives, where his teaching and writing also engage with Maldivian perspectives on international law. His doctoral research focuses on the governance of global commons. His scholarship has been published in the Asian Journal of International Law, Chinese Journal of International Law, Journal of World Investment & Trade, Journal of Law and Religion, and the Manchester Journal of Transnational Islamic Law & Practice, and he has contributed chapters to volumes published by Bloomsbury and Hart Publishing.
